Equipment with intermittent inputs, like [[CO2 Scrubber]]s, will have fluctuating power demand. If the [[Powergrid]] window is used to reduce power to equipment, that equipment will operate with reduced input/output rates. The greater the reduction in power, the greater the slowdown.
