[[The Last Starship]] is currently in '''Early Access'''. The game is incomplete but available for purchase and receives updates with new features, bug fixes, and improvements. The development process will be accompanied by regular update videos from [[Introversion Software#Chris Delay|Chris Delay]] and [[Introversion Software#Mark Morris|Mark Morris]]. The game is expected to be in early access for several years, as was the case with the [[Introversion Software#Prison Architect|Prison Architect]] early access period. Similarly, all updates and new content will be free to those who have purchased the game.
