#Find the row for the item you want to transfer. Left-click where it intersects the column of the destination ship to schedule one item for transfer. Right-click to un-schedule a transfer.

Shift-clicking will schedule 5 at a time. Control-shift-clicking will schedule the current amount of source items to be transferred.

You can schedule more transfers than you have items, and the crew/drones will continue transferring items as they become available.
