Ice comets are moving comets made of ice that can be mined with Mining Lasers to gather Ice. They change course and mass during mining. Ships do not collide with comets.
Star Systems that contain an ice comet will be labelled on the sector map.
Ice can be processed into waste water using an Ice Grinder, and then purified with a Water Purifier into water.
